The sanatorium is located at the territory botany-mineralogical reservation and Katon-Karagai State National Nature Park of the East Kazakhstan Region. Capacity of the sanatorium - 120 persons, profile - balneological therapy by natural mineral underground radon water, used for treatment of bone-muscle, nervous, endocrine systems, gynecologic diseases (incl. sterility), dermatological problems (psoriasis).

The base is located 35 km from Ust-Kamenogorsk in one of the most picturesque places of the East Kazakhstan. Mountain ski complex has a hotel for 32 persons, VIP-cottage with heated garage, two cafes. There is also a mountain lift, rent and sale of mountain equipment, professional instructors, baggage room. There are special routes for beginners. Also there are routes for snowboarders. You will have horseback and ski walks, stube and snow tractor riding, Russian sauna with swimming pool.
