The Third International Festival , 2004, august,10-22nd

SPECIAL SUGGESTION FOR TOURIST COMPANIES ON THE FESTIVAL "BELUKHA 2004"

The Festival is held under the slogan '90 years from the first ascent on the Belukha mountain' with cooperation of The Kazakhstan Sport and Tourism Agency as well as The East Kazakhstan Sport and Tourism Department.

In 2003 the Festival was included into the Official program of International Tourist Organization.

Trip to the base camp of Festival from Ust-Kamenogorsk will be arranged by bus (duration 12 hours)

The price includes: Transfer Meal (three times a day) ‘ampfire equipment (except ascents) Instructor's services Preparation of routs (handing up of a handrail on ascention) Payment for staying at the territory of Katon-Karagay national park, Markakol and Katunsky reservation.
