Day 1 (17.08.04)
Bicycling from Ust-Kamenogorsk to the Markakol lake. (500 km)
Day 2 (18.08.04)
Day at the Markakol lake. The MArkakol lake is the most beautiful lake in the East Kazakhstan. Adjoining lands are as perfect as the lake itself. The lake is located 1447 meters above the sea level between Kurchumsky (on the North) and Asutau (on the South) spines. . About 100 small rivers and creeks fall into the Markakol lake. And there is only one river that falls out of the lake - Kalzhir. One of the particularity of the lake is the presence of rare fish uskutch. Fishing.
Day 3, 4 (19 - 20.08.04)
Bicycling on mountain bikes from the Markakol lake on the bridge to the Berel river and further to the Yazevoe lake (150 km). The Yazevoe lake is a picturesque near the Belukha mountain. Its size is relatively small - 1,0x0,4 m. There is coniferous wood near by upwards becoming Alpine meadows. Here you can enjoy the most beautiful view on the Belukha mountain, which reflects in the lake surface if the weather is good. The lake is famous with good fishing and it is the only lake in the region where you can fish 3 kg ides.
Day 5 (21.08.04)
Celebrating program: actors' and singers' concerts and competition; by wish - visiting of Berelsky archeological excavation, one-day rafting down the rivers Berel and Katun; press-conference.
Day 6 (22.08.04)
Departure from the base camp to Ust-Kamenogorsk (480 km, 12 hrs)
